3. The staff were all very helpful and polite and the security was brilliant, my husband was especially impressed by the guards driving round the car park at night checking the vehicles, even though there was always security on the gate.

4. We were very impressed, check in was very quick and our room was ground floor, had 2 double beds, fridge, microwave, tv, very decent bathroom and the tea, coffee and milk in our room was replaced every day.

8. THE BAD;1) Reception staff had a very bad attitude towards guests, and did not give the impression that they wanted to help in any way? I did not see them smile once during our entire 14-day stay.
