1. The grounds are very nice, there is a security guard when entering/leaving the property 24/7, the pool was clean and in nice condition, just didn't have a spare moment to enjoy it, check-in and out was fast and friendly, rooms were a good size, and there's a divider between the room and bath area for privacy, and the beds were comfortable.

2. The front desk staff could use some customer service training in smiling and not rolling their eyes when you don't understand them because 1) they have a thick accent and 2) they're talking fast because they don't seem like they want to be bothered with explaining things to you.
