6. - morning wake up call - I may be being picky about this item, but I was not happy that the office called me at 830 am during my vacation to tell me a meeting I never said I was going to attend needed to be pushed back because they needed to print out paperwork.

Went here November/2011, on an exchange, got sucked into a sales pitch that lasted 3 hours until i got up and walked away, had to change rooms first night because of noise, very little to do on resort, have to have a car to get around, drinks overpriced at pool bar, not happy at all, but staff very friendly.

8. Along with a good shuttle service to the theme parks,an owners bbq,and add in a couple of continental breakfasts ,my party was both extremely happy and satisfied.

9. The staff at the front desk were happy to make any taxi bookings for us and were on hand 24 hours a day should we require any help.
