I wasn't surprised about the bugs since I read other reviews (after I already purchased the vaca), but that didn't make them any less annoying- sales reps; we had to go to the office to release the funds for our vacation and got stuck in an hour and a half of misery (and by misery, I mean having to say no to 2 people about buying, being told we were crazy for not buying at our locked in price, and being told we wouldn't ever find a Westgate timeshare for cheaper and subsequently being offered a cheaper timeshare after saying no again); if you need to do something similar and do not plan on buying a timeshare, I would recommend trying to get the office to simply send you the paperwork, the breakfast really isn't worth it.
