1. My reason for this is that most people would return to the hotel after midnight after watching the disney parades.

6. It's not a 'resort hotel' so aside from clean rooms, reasonable cost, and competent staff, what else can you ask for? It's located right outside the Disney property and there are tons of restaurants all around.
