1. The room was clean, the AC was really nice, it keep it cool, the units are not your typical hotel AC, and yes they do make a loud noise when going on and off.

4. In our room the refridgirator didn't work (we had to put everything in the freezer to keep it 'refridgerator cool', we reported it, but it wasn't fixed) and there was a sort of anti-slip plastic glued to the bottem of the bathtub (not very hygenic).

5. The only negative was that as tea drinkers, the hot water at breakfast was in a vacuum flask and sometimes had cooled a little too much.
