1. The receptionist were all brilliant and so helpful, and the fresh hot cookies you got at reception were the best I ever tasted (were given free if you approached the desk).

2. The beds and chairs always had a clean towel put on them when one came vacant, There was no need to take your towels to pool as there was 2 wooden huts with fresh towels in one and you put your used one in the other one when you left the pool (this is a fab idea).

4. Large flat screen tv and coffee/ tea making facilities, hair dryer and shampoo and soap plus towels provided all fresh everyday.

5. I would definately recommend a meal or two in the Hotel Restaurant (Bamboo Grill), the prices are very fair and the food is a cut above, they serve everything from a delicious grilled steak pasta and freshly caught seafood to ribs and the best burger in town.

6. The vanity area was spacious and could be screened off from the main room and the shower was great with fresh soft towels and fabulous Crabtree and Evelyn products supplied on daily.

7. We had a flat screen TV with plenty of Disney channels for the children to enjoy and a kitchen area with fridge, microwave and great tea and coffee making facilities with fresh supplies provided every day.

8. The foyer and reception area are very luxurious and the general ambience is very pleasing with soft Caribbean music playing around the pools (where there are comfortable sunbeds and fresh towels provided) and a lovely holiday vibe.
