Okay to on to complaints, well our first one is that on the friday we was awoken to loud shouting at 3:30am by a family of 5 that was just getting into the next door suite, i did however ring the reception to complain and the security did talk to the family and it became quite, so please take note that the rosen allows check ins in the early hours.
