1. Further, from a guest's perspective, who cares what other hotels are charging? Management has the exclusive right to make decisions in the best interests of their guests.

3. I realize that including these things would probably require prices to be higher, but can't they figure out a way to have the 'experience' of visiting their hotel be one that is above and beyond the rest? It would be really nice to arrive at the front door, and have your car taken care of, and know that you won't see $20.

4. So instead of having a hot shower and joining my husband and his associates, I spent an hour and a half getting all of these problems taken care of, as well as ordering a small refrigerator, and then ordering a table for the refrigerator because it was just plunked down on the floor when it was delivered.

5. Not only were there things that should have been taken care of BEFORE renting that room out (did the maid not turn on lights when cleaning?), I felt nickel-and-dimed to death here.

8. Rooms very clean, yes it did have a big fat television not flat screen but who cares you are not there to sit and watch tv you are there to have a fabulous time out and about.
