1. Half way through our stay we had a late night at one of the parks and decided not to set an alarm the following morning but thanks to maintance we didnt get much of a sleep on as they decided to arrive outside our door on the 4th floor of the outer building with a power washer and a generator and started to wash the foor outside at 9.

2. I had the pleasure of meetimg the general manager Tony and he was just a delight and could not had made me feel more comfortable then if I were a family member and thats how your stay at the Rosen Inn will make you feel, like your going home for vacation.

4. In general the hotel look like the TV show, flip the house.

5. Got to the room 8th floor, room got two double bed (tought that queen were general), small bathroom (sitting on the toilet, your arms touch both walls and the door), 2 inches separate the door to the floor.

7. The pool is generously sized and deep with lots of nice outdoor furniture and didn't seem overly crowded at any point, though this was after children were in school in the U.

10. It wasn't all bad however, the staff were generally friendly and helpful (apart from the irritating habit of directing you to a 'help desk' everytime you asked for info where they would then try and trick you onto a timeshare trip).
