1. The reception staff were friendly but did seem a little confused by our and some of the other guests accents, which led me to believe they were not very experienced in working in hotels.

4. So all in all a great place to stay and its attraction to us it the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and gardens and its location is great as its on the edge of the nightlife but not to close to have any noise.
