1. The new fridge was broken and totally busted, leaked water -- and pretty much looked like a wrecked car.

3. Took three hours for them to send a new one which they actually argued over with 'Can't you just eat at the food court?' NO WE CAN'T cause we have kids with major food allergies so we have to have a fridge for their special foods.

8. I have stayed at Pop Century many times in the past and wanted to try something new, I would choose POP over movies.
