5. i would rate it above average if it had been our first stay but compared to our last stay wich was excellant i must say that overall service slipped busses ran a little further apart timewise (not that big a deal),the food court service was a lot slower usually making you wait 5 to 10 minutes not abig deal but again compared to previous experiances its a step backward biggest complaint was cleanliness of the room.
