2. 'Minor' problem is that it's not safe to park here as the parking lot is very small, isolated and dark at night; so, to me, the positive isn't enough to make me want to come back here.

5. The only positive point about the hotel is the employer of the year who helped us more than anybody else and the breakfast that was good and healthy.
