1. The location so close to Disney was outstanding, only diminished by its ambience of being in a strip mall, but that made it near to lots and lots of eateries, so we didn't care.

2. Bahamas Breeze bar and restaurant was fantastic and very well worth a visitAll said a well-run hotel with friendly staff that care and want to help you and a fantastic location for Disney but not universal but the I 4 is right outside the hotel and 15 minutes and your there.

3. After spending more time outside the lobby trying to figure out what we would do, we discovered the other guest had the same issue and that's when we knew it was a criminal act; so, all of us went back into the lobby and to front desk and thankfully, a nice young man (I didn't catch his name, unfortunately) was there who actually cared.

5. I think owners are conscientious about trip advisor reviews and make sure the basic necessities are taken care of.

6. Nothing was exceptionally nice, the bed wasn't super comfortable (but at 2 AM, who cares?), and we had unfortunately been placed in a smoking room with quite a smell; however, things seemed clean and the shower had good pressure and temperature control.

8. Free breakfast was ok but not great ( we booked a character breakfast with pooh at the magic kingdom so I didn't care) very quiet hotel , Never heard our neighbors which apparently had 5 kids in one room so clearly the wall in this hotel are great.
