1. I did complete a comment card on the way out and just recieved a nice response from management apologizing and saying that they had since treated the room.

3. I attended a 3 day conference here and they were responsible for the facilites and breakfast, some lunches and a reception one evening.

9. It's proximity to the Florida Mall made it very helpful for preparations for the wedding we were attending, the staff was friendly, efficient, responsive, and the amenities were of high quality.
