1. The facility is located as part of a very large shopping mall which affored us the opportunity to take advantge of some last minute purchases for our cruise to included a visit to Macy's; sporting goods store; JC Penny; Apple to see the new IPad, etc.

During my last stay i was plesently supprised at the refubished lobby area and the opening of the new restraunt (can recommend breakfast) There is also a Starbucks on site tooThe other facilities such as the pool and the gym which are also new, are excellent too This is a great all round hotel, where the facilities provide everything you need.

8. Being new to Florida even though I have previously travelled to other US cities, I needed a taxi and again the front desk helped me get a cab driver by name -Carlos ( he was such an excellent person ).

9. Crickets is a lovely place to relax and have a drink or light snack and the new restaurant in the lobby serves superb food and has attentive waitstaff.
