8. positives: price, clean, heated pool, hot tub, separate bedroom from sitting room and kitchen area, friendly staff, immediate attentention to needs including a burned out light bulb that was replaced before we returned from breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet Negatives: Kitchen has no oven and looks very dated.
