1. I can only imagine how many guests pass through those doors over the course of the year but these two guys really make you feel special and are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

5. We didn't have a car during our stay and Cedric, one of the reception people, was more than helpful in advising us of the bus system and calling cabs.

7. My only negative was whilst we were there we tried to rebook for our next visit via phone number we were given and found reservations unhelpful and not really helping us so we have come back and booked a different hotel this time which is a shame.
