6. Not knowing where our trash chute was in the building we were staying in we called the 'service number' and asked where ours was and their response was not to worry about it, just set it outside our door and someone would be right up to take it and gues what.

What were your first impressions with the Fountains?We had a late flight and didn't arrive to the front desk until 1:30 AM at which point we were informed that our mandatory timeshare presentation was at 10:30 AM the same morning, which if you missed it, you would void the promotional deal and be responsible for the full cost of your stay.

10. NOTE:In response to previous reviews - Our villa was very clean, no ants, and we found the beds to be quite comfortable, although I would agree that they need to invest in fitted bottom sheets.
