1. My father has a bad back and did not care for their beds, we called guest services and they quickly resolved the bed issue.

8. The problem I have is we set a date and they took the wrong date down and when I tried to speak with someone about this I get 'we will have to call you back by the end of the day' I received this same speech from SEVERAL different people and NO ONE has called me back or even pretended to care.
