1. We own here and this was our first time staying and found oursleves disappointed with the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the resort staff.

4. When we reported these to maintenance, I have to say that their response time to fix these problems was fantastic.

Once we made it to our room, it was not very clean and the air conditioner didn't work or never lower the temp to a comfortable level, noisy environment from construction starting at 6AM each day, TV remotes didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush properly, jacuzzi didn't work, reported problems to no avail, all the halls in the hotel hot/dirty, air not working there either, staff in general incompetent and non responsive.

8. We did finally get a response when we filled out Wyndham's follow-up survey they send owners after a stay - when we got home there was a message from a resort assistant manager indicating they were sorry for our experience and our issues would be addressed - but the kicker was the closing line - she 'hoped we enjoyed our stay at Bonnett Creek and they looked forward to us returning soon' - still lot's of concern but no action - guess we were wrong for complaining.
