Positives of my stay:- very clean and all rooms very well appointed- swift and courteous check-in and check-out- business facilities good, can easily accommodate 2000 delegates- in-room dining to a high standard - Starbucks opening hours very welcoming, especially welcome during long conference days- front of house guys very accommodating, nice touch of offering me chilled water when waiting for my airport transfer.
