1. My room was on a low floor facing a parking lot, it had a motel feel when I asked to move and they did take care of this it took multilple calls and begging to get it done.

2. We had no need to dine out side the hotel because the restaraunt staff at 'The Citron' took great care of us, we ate breakfast and dinner there each day and the service was great and the food also (Fisher's Shrimp is the best I have ever had).

3. the food is always very well done, and the wait and kitchen staff we worked with on food allergies and special meals took great care of us.

9. The catering manager personally greeted us upon our return from a dinner and made sure we had everything we needed, including a waitress who was very attentive to us even though she was also taking care of other guests in the lounge.
