3. pool area was great my 5 year old learned to swim while we were there, transport to theme parks as great, only problems we found were that the little shop did not have very good stock, and know one seemed to know what a kettle was being English we need a kettle for our tea, but over all it was great the staff were very helpful and always happy to do anything for you the house keeping staff kept the place really clean and we found them to be trust worthy as a number of times the children left money in their rooms and it was never touched so feel the the prev comment made by another party that stayed at this hotel was a little unfair.
