1. The supervisor on duty that evening could not do anything about the incident, except have them file a report and said perhaps they should wait to see if it happened again or they could speak to the manager in the morning.

4. If you want to do SeaWorld ~ it would be my #1 choice but make sure you are accounting for your meals outside the hotel w/ the exception of Starbucks.

5. OK so amenities are great , pool is exceptional w/ a brand new splash zone where water is not that deep but slides are big~ my kids Loved them .
