1. Special mentions to Nilda and Pheonix, on the Transportation desk, very helpful with the organising of trips to our chosen Theme Parks, lots of information on the Premier and Prime shopping outlets, they really were very welcoming( Nilda, I hope you saved a cookie for Pheonix?).

2. Minutes after checking into our 3 bedroom suite w/ fully equipped kitchen, living room, large bathrooms, jacuzzi, large balcony area, plasma tv's and good smelling toiletries, we received a 'welcome call' from the front desk making sure everything was OK.

5. The pool bar is a welcome sight serving drinks and snacks, again the staff are lovely especially carolina and jake who kept us entertained throughout are stay, also offering tips on places to go.
