1. While I cannot comment on what an extended stay might be like, I can say the room was very comfortable and quiet.

2. he said that there was a communication breakdown from front office to F&B and he was taking care off this FALSE PROMISE and a terrible food plus terriberly dishonest rest manager after three days we see a charge on our creditcard this is unacceptable people like him will destroy honest faith for Hyatt .

3. Things I liked: Can't get closer, if we had a domestic flight I could have had boarding passes printed and just dropped luggage.

4. Rooms are average but definitely on the older side with things like a wide, comfort chair for the desk.

7. Wake up call is an actually person who when called to wake us asked if we would like a follow up in fifteen minutes (human snooze button).

We had a nice breakfast when it eventually arrived, even though it wasn't very busy we had a very long wait, I think American hotels like to bring you everything you've ordered all at once instead of the cereal first then the rest later which lets your cooked food go even cooler than it already is, so it was just OK.
