1. I was very impressed with all the staff and they were more then willing to help with our 250 person Room Block without hesitation .

5. We stayed coming and going on a cruise vacation with daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter and were impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, particularly the front desk and restaurant.

8. The hotel is very impressive and bang in the middle of check in, Staff very helpful and informative, our room was on the 8th floor, very comfortable with a balcony that ovelooked the foyer, shops and fountain.
