1. The pool was lovely and never crowded, hotel generally was spotless.

2. Got a prompt reply that they would try but could not guarantee, anyway on arrival they gave me a lovely room with 2 queen size beds overlooking universal on the 11th floor with a fridge and microwave.

5. Perhaps no kids under 15 after 8:00p might be an idea???The property is lovely, the rooms are nice, the staff is friendly -- but take your checkbook.
