1. We stayed at Quality Inn and Suites Feb 2012 and i was impressed with the service on arrival and leaving,front desk were very efficient and responsive to requests, housekeeping every day for room, free breakfast which was very good, the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel was a pleasure, the staff friendly and polite.

4. All in all a fantastic holiday with every american we met so friendly and polite which was the opposite to our arrival through passport control in Gatwick this morning where the Border Control guy didn't even grunt at us (not the best first impression of British hospitality).
