5. What a great way to say thanks for spending 300 hundred dollars at our hotel uh? If you plan a trip to New Orleans please do not let the Parc St Charles ruin your trip like it did ours.

It was unfortunate enough that we had to take our children with us while celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary, but the rooms (especially the chairs) could and should have been shampooed, deep cleaned - along with the carpeting inside and the hallways to say 'please come in - I'm glad to have you'.
