3. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this place and would stay here again if there was a convention in New Orleans.

4. There were a couple of shinning moments during our stay though, the staff in the breakfast room were happy, friendly people, even at 6.

5. We stayed over the superbowl weekend which was also during mardi gras - you would have expected a very happy and positive atmosphere BUT NO, Front desk staff were miserable, unhelpful and unwelcoming.
