1. Most people coming to New Orleans immediately focus on the French Quarter, which is great, but there is so much more to this town.

3. Overall, if one does not want to be 'in' the french quarter and prefers quieter, clean and Odor Free area, among residences and on the St Charles streetcar line, its a great place.

9. The Garden District is a great location with kids, away from the noisy and often misbehaving crowd at night of Bourbon Street, and being at a 20 minutes ride only from the French Quarter, using the historic and convenient Streetcar stopping in front of the hotel.
