1. The rooms we were offered had a strong oder from the restaurat below, rooms were shoddy, AC worked poorly and the room was not cleaned one of the days we stayed there.

3. Overall, if one does not want to be 'in' the french quarter and prefers quieter, clean and Odor Free area, among residences and on the St Charles streetcar line, its a great place.
