1. It was very clean and comfortable with many pleasant touches (bathrobes, nice amenities, good coffee, and unobtrusive evening service) The front desk staff and bartender made me feel so welcome - remembering my name all week and responding to every request I had.

5. The check in was easy, the front desk was very welcoming and every night that I went to night cap in the bar, I had a different but always fun and friendly bar tender who gave me some off the beaten path (but safe) places to go so that I didn't rely on some Travel guide.
