4. If you love old New Orleans then you will love this, we had room 300 which is a balcony room even though it was small who cares the bed was great and part of the walls was the original brick.

7. Be forewarned, however, that the balconies are *awful* when your drunk neighbor comes home and talks loudly on the next balcony at 3AM)In closing, if you don't mind stinky, dirty rooms but crave a great location, this is the place for you.
