1. There's a nice enclosed place to park your car for free a few blocks away and you're not going to find anything cheaper that's bearable in the The Quarter.

2. needless to say that was the straw that broke the camels back , the hotel was able to find us a different hotel to end our stay in (the crown plaza is much nicer and in a better part of town and is cheaper) and they also refunded us for the night that the condom was found and our future nights stay.
