1. There's an honor bar in the front room, as well as a computer on which you can print out your boarding passes, and free wifi in the rooms.

6. When we returned to New Orleans a few months after our stay at Soniat House, we lucked into an incredible bed and breakfast with rooms that were much nicer, more spacious, with amazing hot breakfasts, free parking, and unlimited snacks/drinks (and ice.
