1. Of course it was not brand new and 'cookie cutter' like some chain hotels, but it was clean, classy, and romantic.

3. I did see 1 or 2 very small stains on the carpet but that is bound to happen - they can't replace the carpet after every guest and it was obvious that the carpet was being vacuumed and the room was cleaned very well each day (no dust on the window sills, etc.
