1. Thermostat panel partially ripped off the wall or screws were stripped but it still worked and wasn't a huge eyesore.

3. Our room was one king sized bed, the bed frame stuck out almost a foot, so I now have bruised and bleeding shins, so that is a huge downside.

5. The check-in was friendly and efficient however we on getting to our room for three, we found it had only two beds which were not the usual huge American sizes but ordinary doubles - fine for couples but we weren't that keen to snuggle up to each other.
