3. Housekeeping is by request during short stays, which I like since I'd rather not have people in my room unless I ask them, so the option is nice.

4. The studio suite was spacious, with a full kitchen (no oven), a nice view of the river (14th floor), an adequate breakfast, and a very nice, accomodating staff.

5. A nice touch, however, is it is just enough off the main craziness of Canal/Bourbon that you can rest easy when you wish to do so.

8. The laundry room (I think there are two rooms with two washers and two dryers) are complementary, which is nice, however, I experienced problems several times with at least one of the appliances.
