4. Housekeeping is by request during short stays, which I like since I'd rather not have people in my room unless I ask them, so the option is nice.

10. like ALL hotels in NOLA, you will have to pay for parking at the lot across the street ($28), but like I said, it's a NOLA thing now, no free parking anywhere.
