1. No courtyard, no pool, no free breakfast, location is good for bourbon and royal streets, parking is $28 per night, walls are very thin and subject to noise, we like St Marie better which is owned by same group which has courtyard, pool, and free breakfast for low price.

7. All of the issues do help to make it an authentic feeling of what the slaves that used to live there felt like (it really was an old slave quarters used for the adjoining mansion).
