1. However, if you just need the simple amenities and a place that's surrounded by beautiful wrought iron and has a decent pool, you've found your place.

4. decent size, but some cracked tiles, missing grout, water-damaged cabinet, hot-water faucet in shower leaked, drain rusted, some silvering missing on the bottom of the mirror.
