1. The hotel only had a few irons which we had to wait in line before they brought it up to our room, when it was "our turn to use it"? The ONE employee they had at night kept locking the lobby for "security reasons"? After the Football Game we came back (4pm)our room still wasnt made, when I called a maid with a baby in her hands showed up to clean it.
