5. The manager was indeed there, but , as I walked to the desk he looks dead at me and says what is your problem? I proceed to tell him all that went wrong, and also threw in there for good measure that is was NOT the new front dest girls fault and i hoped that he wouldnt take this situation out on her.

8. There was a Waffle House right next door, which was a good thing because the hotel's restaurant & lounge were closed the whole time we were there.

10. I feel that in this instance, good customer service should have produced either a maintenance man within 15 minutes of the complaint or a call from the desk advising the length of wait time for the maintenance man.
