1. This place needs a good cleaning after the bugs have been sprayed and swept out.

3. As I said, the motel is in a good location because it's near downtown BUT, it isn't in the BEST location by any means in Nashville as it is a little bit seedy looking.

5. good location close to the city and super easy access to I-24 with plenty of food places around (I recommend Fat Mo's behind the motel).
