1. Not the best part of town, there were some sketchy type people hanging around the area, not really in the hotels grounds more outside on the roads etc.

2. As I said, the motel is in a good location because it's near downtown BUT, it isn't in the BEST location by any means in Nashville as it is a little bit seedy looking.
