I stayed 2 separate nights and both times was acknowledged as a Priority Club member (which doesn't always happen) by the front desk; I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the gal on duty the 1st evening, but she was very fast & helpful with a no-fuss check-in and Kimberlee was exceptional in getting a fast check-in and a nice quiet room on the upper floors.
